Bluegears

We had the pleasure of reviewing the Bluegears Inspirer Theater Quality audio card a few months back which left a lasting impression with its audio capabilities. Bluegears was on hand to show off their various mice, power supplies, and other peripherals to soon show up on a shelf near you. If they put the same effort in to their peripherals as the Enspirer Audio Card, then a lot of users will be happy.

Bluegears Booth

The back rack showed more of what Bluegears has been in to developing this past year. The most prominent items on the shelves were modular power supplies, mini-audio systems, music and gamer quality head phones, keyboards, more cooling fans, and Home Theater PC cases. These guys have been busy! The headphones range from standard to virtual 5.1 gaming quality. And yes, many of them have microphones.

The modular power supplies on the display shelves were rated at 850 watts with support current SLI systems and for future DX 10 graphics cards. Bluegears is already working to get these new products to retailers which may come in at an affordable price. Bluegears is all about giving the consumer a quality alternative without paying too much. Keep it coming Bluegears.

ADATA

A lot of people don't know this, but ADATA actually stepped up first with the DDR3 memory demo modules months back. Their product line is aimed more at the OEM and budget memory market so you won't be finding any extreme over clocking stories. They are one of the largest memory module producers so don't be surprised if you find this memory in your pre-ordered proprietary systems. They are also one of the largest OEM flash memory providers in the world.

Creative

Most of what was on display at Creative's booth we've seen reviewed many times over. Some of the booth displays were more in tune with the Zen. Basically, anything and everything portable with video and audio features was on display as well as every peripheral you can connect to them. All of the many hundreds of pieces of hardware added up to one giant booth.

Creative Booth

Creative announced the X-Fi Wireless Dock Station for the iPod. If you had 4 docking stations placed in various rooms of your home, the central station containing the iPod would broadcast in Wi-Fi to the other docks with speakers connected which allowed you to listen to your music. This was also on demo within the giant 'white' room that people waited in line to experience.

Don't Touch Toys?

All while the activities went on, Creative recorded their unusual side show of sorts that was the basis of their campaign. To be honest, it wasn't anymore information that we are all already aware of. It seemed geared more to educating the unknowing passerby or users new to Creative's products. So at that point I migrated over to the Fatality vs. a noob challenge where he basically could have won using the mouse backwards. Could we get an actual contender next exhibition game? The essential goal of the demonstration was to show all of Creative's products that the gamers were wearing and had installed in the game machines.
